Contemporary evolution in an introduced salmonid in the Great Lakes
Pink salmon were introduced to Lake Superior in the mid-1950s and subsequently spread to all other Great Lakes in 10 generations. I use genomic tools to investigate rapid evolution in these fish as they spread across the Great Lakes.
Alaskan Salmon: Local adaptation, plasticity, and variable environments
