Morgan Sparks

My work broadly focuses on evolutionary ecology, mostly with fish.  Currently, I use genomic tools to investigate contemporary evolution in introduced pink salmon in the Great Lakes.  My past work looked at local adaptation and habitat diversity in Alaskan sockeye salmon, as well as salmonid assemblage change after the onset of disease.
